Michelle Rinehart Named Vice Provost for Faculty
On March 1st, Michelle Rinehart began her role as the Vice Provost for Faculty. In this role, Rinehart is leading the newly formed Office of the Vice Provost for Faculty to support and advocate for Georgia Tech's faculty members through recruiting, developing and retaining talented and diverse faculty. Previously, Rinehart served as associate dean for Academic Affairs and Outreach in the College of Design.

De’Aira Bryant wants to change the lives of the people who most deserve it. A doctoral student in Computer Science and Intelligent Systems, her main focus has been exploring the potential for interactive communication between children and robots.
Master's Student Helping Develop Protective Equipment to Battle Covid-19
Kentez Craig grew up in Atlanta with two parents who served as first responders working as paramedics for local hospitals. Now, as a master's student in Engineering, Craig is inspired by his parents as he helps develop and build protective equipment for health care professionals on the front lines fighting the battle against Covid-19.
